Intuit Turbo Tax is building the future of Agentic tax preparation, leveraging LLMs, reasoning models, and computer-using agents. We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager to drive the strategy for this initiative. This involves designing and delivering robust AI agents capable of complex reasoning and task execution at massive scale, leveraging Intuit's unique data assets and tax knowledge. You will define how these agents perform their tasks, how they collaborate with customers, and how we build trust and ensure accuracy with non-deterministic technology. This role offers a unique opportunity to disrupt an industry impacting millions of Americans with cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for agentic AI capabilities within Turbo Tax, translating complex user needs and business opportunities into measurable outcomes.
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative agentic AI features and experiences, partnering deeply with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, designers, and tax experts to deliver high-accuracy, trustworthy, and confidence-building solutions.
  • Drive product definition and requirements for underlying AI models, agent orchestration logic, and human-in-the-loop processes, balancing user experience with the high bar for accuracy required in tax.
  • Design and execute data-driven experiments (including A/B testing and user studies) specifically to validate hypotheses related to agentic AI effectiveness, user trust, and impact on filer confidence and accuracy.
  • Build strong partnerships and influence roadmaps across senior leaders and teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution for agentic AI initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years designing and delivering world-class software products focused on platform, data-intensive systems, or AI/ML-powered experiences.
  • Deep understanding and significant hands-on experience defining strategy for and shipping products leveraging Generative AI, complex Machine Learning models, Conversational AI or Agentic AI systems, to solve challenging user problems at scale.
  • Passion for tackling complex consumer problems, ideally within fintech, personal finance, tax, or related domains where user trust, accuracy, and data privacy are paramount.
  • Strong technical intuition; comfortable engaging deeply with engineering and data science on system architecture, model capabilities, APIs, and technical trade-offs. Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear product
  • Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related quantitative/technical field. An MBA or an equivalent experience will be considered.
