Come join the Global Partner Ecosystem (GPE) team as a Principal Product Manager, where you will define and lead the strategy for AI-powered platform capabilities and API experiences that enable our third-party (3P) ecosystem to transform and create differentiated customer value.
In this role, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of core AI and API externalization that power intelligent, agentic experiences across our ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of AI, developer platforms, and partner integrations to unlock new capabilities, accelerate innovation, and deliver differentiated customer and partner value.
We are looking for a product leader with deep experience building AI-powered, agentic experiences and scalable APIs. The ideal candidate brings strong technical fluency, customer empathy, and execution excellence, along with a proven track record of delivering AI-driven platform solutions at scale with high business impact. Experience building platform capabilities for third-party (3P) ecosystems and subject-matter expertise in AI and API technologies is essential.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead a bold, long-term vision and strategy for AI-powered platform capabilities and API experiences for the third-party (3P) ecosystem
- Provide product thought leadership by identifying partner and developer needs through deep customer insights, ecosystem feedback, and market research
- Identify and incubate new platform opportunities informed by customer and partner research, competitive analysis, and industry trends
- Leverage AI to enable personalized, proactive, contextually relevant experiences.
- Translate vision into strategy and an execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes aligned to objectives.
- Partner closely with design, engineering, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable, high-quality platform experiences
- Take a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress and success.
- Influence senior executive stakeholders and help evolve the broader operating model to improve scale and executions.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management experience with a track record of building platforms and APIs at scale Deep understanding of AI technologies (e.g., agentic systems, LLMs, ML platforms) and API / developer platform architectures
- Strong track record of delivering platform capabilities for external developers or partner ecosystems
- Strong architecture and system thinking and able to partner credibly with engineering teams
- Proven success driving cross org. initiatives and aligning multiple product teams towards shared outcomes
- Experience with AI-driven platform, partner ecosystems, or API platforms is a strong plus
- Exceptional written and verbal comms skills
- Very comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across complex stakeholder environments.
