We are looking for a transformational leader to elevate and scale our marketing organization across the APAC region.

- APAC, you will be the primary architect of the region’s growth strategy, moving beyond traditional campaign management to lead a high-velocity, AI-powered marketing engine. This role is a key member of the APAC Leadership Team, responsible for driving breakthrough customer and revenue growth across the Small Business and Mid-Market segments. You will lead a cross-functional team to transform how we acquire and retain customers through a 'done-for-you' ecosystem of services including Quick Books, Mailchimp, and Payroll.
Responsibilities

Operational & Performance Rigor: Implement a 'Performance Marketing' first mindset to grow the region’s ROAS.

Strategy & Mid-Market Pivot: Anchor the regional strategy to drive Mailchimp Mid-Market expansion and re-accelerating Quick Books growth.

Cross-Functional GTM: Partner with the VP of APAC and the International Commercial Team to simplify the operating model and move toward deeper integration across Sales, Product, and Success.

Capability Building: Establish dedicated marketing capabilities for Mid-Market and retention—functions that are currently missing but are critical for net subscriber growth.
Qualifications

10-12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech leadership roles, with a proven track record of scaling businesses in complex international markets.

BA/BS degree required; MBA strongly preferred.

Strategic & Analytical Mastery: Exceptional ability to synthesize various points of view into a cohesive narrative and use data-backed insights to drive large-scale growth initiatives.

Matrix Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading high-performing, cross-functional teams and influencing without authority across a highly matrixed global organization.

Operational Rigor: Experience managing complex P&Ls, budgets, and operational cadences with a 'bias for action' in fast-paced environments.

Customer Obsession: A deep passion for solving customer friction and a history of building customer-centric cultures that prioritize long-term relationship value over transactional wins.
