About the role
About Finance Strategy Team:
We are responsible for identifying and assessing opportunities that accelerate Intuit’s growth trajectory, as well as partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive successful execution. We adopt a quantitative and finance driven approach to our work. Our scope includes:
- Identification and evaluation of long-term organic and inorganic growth opportunities
- Optimization of investment allocation to balance short and long-term growth objectives
- Ongoing partnership and guidance as teams test and execute strategies
- Development of our 3-year and 1-year strategic plan
- Identification and evaluation of public and private market trends
- Articulation of our strategy & business trajectory for Intuit’s Board of Directors and external stakeholders (e.g., investor community)

Our projects often mirror work at top strategy consulting firms and investment banks, but with an emphasis on driving tangible impact in close collaboration with product and business leaders. Our team has significant exposure to senior leaders across Intuit with potential to drive long-term value creation for the business.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
We are looking for creative problem solvers with a strong desire to drive tangible business impact. This role will be responsible for owning critical work-streams or independently driving strategy finance projects, often in close collaboration with various teams across Intuit. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:
- 4-6 years of experience, including at least 3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or investment bank
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information, draw actionable insights and articulate recommendations to an executive audience
- Spike in 2-3 functional areas relevant to the role, viz. financial analysis, GTM, product, SaaS and tech-enabled services experience, etc.
- Self-motivation and willingness to proactively take on leadership roles in projects
- Well-rounded interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
