
Sr. Staff Product Manager - AI at Intuit
About the role
We are seeking a Sr. Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for our data and AI capabilities within the Consumer Group (CG). In this role, you will be at the forefront of powering our AI Tech strategy by building AI orchestration and model serving capabilities and AI/ML capabilities. You will partner closely with Data, AI, and Experience teams across the organization, enabling end-experience teams to rapidly deliver cutting-edge AI solutions to our customers. Define and drive the long-term vision and roadmap for the recommendations and model inference platform, ensuring it delivers the right capabilities for internal teams to build personalized experiences at scale.

Collaborate with product experience teams and Data Science teams to shape AI platform capabilities that meet business outcomes.

Partner with Data, AI, and Experience teams across CG to accelerate the delivery of AI-driven customer experiences.

Collaborate with and support AI Science on initiatives such as shared data and feature engineering pipelines, post-trained model investments, and expert labeling.

Navigate and manage large-scale Traditional AI/ML systems, data labeling, and feature engineering.

Utilize hands-on coding ability with tools like Claude Code and Cursor to deeply understand and accelerate technical execution.

Enabling Agentic AI systems by leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP), data retrieval, and AI skills.

Act as a key leader partnering with cross-functional platform teams in a highly matrixed organization.
Qualifications

7+ years of product experience working with large scale Traditional AI/ML or Data systems (such a ML pipelines, feature engineering)

At least 1+ year experience building or managing production-grade AI/ML model serving, inference, or recommendation platforms, with a deep understanding of AI orchestration and platform architecture.

Ability to code hands-on by using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor.

Ability to partner with cross-functional platform teams in a matrixed organization.
