Join the Customer Success – Service Strategy organization within Intuit’s Small Business & Self-Employed Group (SBSEG). We’re redefining how services drive customer and business growth across the Quick Books ecosystem. Our team creates and scales experiences that blend AI innovation, human expertise, and digital enablement — helping small businesses succeed while unlocking new revenue streams for Intuit.
This is not a traditional Customer Success role. You’ll operate as a Product Strategist and Monetization Leader — combining product thinking, business modeling, and strategic execution to design how service experiences deliver measurable impact. You’ll work across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Expert Delivery to define what we build, test how it performs, and scale what works.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
-
Define and lead the strategy for new service offerings that deliver customer value while driving engagement, retention, and monetization.
-
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Expert Delivery to design and execute experiments and A/B tests that validate pricing, value perception, and ROI.
-
Build business and financial models to quantify opportunity size, incremental revenue potential, and cost-to-serve economics.
-
Translate insights into scalable service playbooks and operating models, ensuring smooth execution with cross-functional partners.
-
Communicate with executive-level clarity — influence senior leaders with data-backed recommendations, while also diving deep into details to ensure executional excellence.
-
Create frameworks for service monetization, defining pricing architecture, attach strategy, and value differentiation across product tiers
-
Serve as the connective tissue between Product and Customer Success — ensuring service experiences both delight customers and drive business outcomes.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
-
7+ years in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Strategy & Operations roles within SaaS, marketplace, or service-driven organizations.
-
Proven experience defining and monetizing new customer experiences — from problem definition to go-to-market and scale.
-
Deep business acumen with strong financial modeling, pricing strategy, and ROI analysis skills.
-
Demonstrated success operating in high-ambiguity environments, translating strategy into measurable results.
-
Executive-level communication skills — able to synthesize complex data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders while diving deep into analytical or operational detail when needed.
-
Collaborative leadership style with ability to influence across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
-
Background in startups or management consulting (e.g., Mc Kinsey, Bain, BCG, or internal strategy teams) is a big plus.
-
BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent strategic experience preferred.
