
Staff Product Manager, QuickBooks Bill Pay at Intuit
About the role
As a Staff Product Manager for Quick Books Bill Pay, you will define and drive the strategic vision for a critical pillar within Quick Books’ Money Movement ecosystem—one of Intuit’s most important growth and engagement bets.
This is a highly influential leadership role, operating across multiple teams and product surfaces, where you will shape long-term strategy, unlock new business opportunities, and drive step-function improvements in how small businesses manage and move money.
Responsibilities
- Identify and size market opportunities using deep customer insights, competitive analysis, and data
- Set and drive a coherent product strategy across multiple teams and time horizons (near-, mid-, long-term)
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple systems, teams, and business units
- Influence company-wide priorities and ensure alignment between product, business, and technical strategies
- Establish scalable processes and frameworks for product discovery, delivery, and measurement
- Drive operational excellence across the product lifecycle—from ideation to launch to iteration
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning and scaling complex product areas or platforms
- Experience building platform products or working within Fintech / Payments ecosystems is highly preferred
- Proven ability to define and execute multi-year product strategies with measurable business impact
- Experience leading large, ambiguous, and cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
- Strong systems thinking and ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and align diverse stakeholders
- Deep expertise in data-driven decision making, experimentation, and product analytics
- Strong leadership presence with a track record of mentoring and developing other PMs
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred or equivalent experience
