
Staff Product Manager
About the role
Come join the Integration Platform team as a Staff Product Manager. We are a platform team that connects Intuit's market-leading products, Quick Books, Mailchimp, Turbo Tax, and Credit Karma, to an ecosystem of 20,000+ data providers and apps. In this role, you will drive the development of banking data aggregation, building data ingestion and delivery capabilities that power Intuit's personal finance, bookkeeping, lending, and payments products.

Drive the strategy and delivery of banking data aggregation features spanning account verification, cash flow intelligence for lending, and enriched transaction data for personal finance and bookkeeping.

Identify and ship innovative approaches to expand data coverage, minimize payment friction, reduce ACH return risk, and build AI-powered financial insights.

Design and bring to market revenue-generating, customer-driven products in financial risk and intelligence.

Leverage generative and agentic AI to improve data quality, automation, and customer outcomes across the platform.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunity sizing through launch, iteration, and ongoing performance tracking.

Conduct customer and developer discovery to identify market opportunities and prioritize high-impact product investments.
Qualifications
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.

5+ years in technical product management, with experience owning a fintech, financial data, or platform product.

Deep understanding of generative and agentic AI systems, with hands-on experience shipping AI-powered products at scale.

Strong technical intuition; comfortable engaging with engineering on system architecture, APIs, and technical tradeoffs.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Domain knowledge in Fin Tech, Banking Standards, or Payments is a plus.

Data-driven approach to measuring product performance and making prioritization decisions.
