What You Will Do – Job Summary

Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, delivering quick, clear, and accurate support.

Guide users through our powerful trading tools, from buying their first share to navigating complex multi-asset strategies.

Troubleshoot issues with account management (statement review, permissions, tax, etc.), funding, and trading activity while finding smart and effective solutions.

Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Identify opportunities to improve our processes and tools and share them with the team.

As the face of our company, you will embody our values through compassionate communication and deep product knowledge, making customers feel heard and appreciated. Your role involves resolving user concerns with both speed and thoroughness, while actively engaging with our customer base throughout your workday.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, STEM, or a related field preferred.

Fluency in Russian language (speaking, reading, and writing)

This role's anticipated base salary range is $65,000 to $75,000 annually based on skill's and experience. The offered salary is just part of the total compensation package. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers both a discretionary cash bonus and stock award as well as a wide range of benefits, including health care, tuition reimbursement and much more.
