Key Responsibilities
-
Translate manufacturing and business requirements into tactical strategies for inventory health, supply chain reliability, and cost efficiency.

Manage bills of materials (BOM) risk assessments and ensure material availability for NPI and HVM readiness.
-
Collaborate with suppliers to execute contractual requirements and discuss performance, cost opportunities, and future strategies.
-
Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and commodity management, to define customer demand and material requirements.
-
Drive planning and procurement activities at product and platform levels, ensuring BOM integrity and alignment with quality and cost goals.
-
Monitor program indicators and provide status updates to stakeholders while developing contingency and gap closure plans.
-
Analyze data to design innovative solutions for complex operational processes and improve existing systems and tools to enhance efficiency.

Manage supplier performance related to on-time delivery, cycle time, material escalations, engineering changes, and liability settlements.

Lead new site startup efforts and develop forward-looking supply chain strategies.

Drive improvements in materials availability performance through data analysis and targeted programs.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Level 8 / Honors Bachelors degree as per the NFQ in an approved Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain discipline.
-
Minimum +2 years’ experience in Supplier management\contract management or Supply Chain Management.
-
Engineering and team management experience is desired.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Level 9 / MBA qualification, and semiconductor fab experience is preferred.
-
Excellent data analysis skills and, including forecasting, budget management. Data analytical tool experience e.g. Power BI.
-
Demonstrated planning and organization skills.
-
Strong stakeholder management and people skills - internal and external -at all levels .
-
Proven scientific problem solving and project management experience.
-
High systems proficiency including all MS applications.
