Responsible for driving yield improvement and meet performance targets.

Implement AI capabilities for improving product yield.

Perform yield debug and incorporate auto rejects validation capabilities to identify and address root cause yield signals.

Conduct comprehensive Big Data analysis to identify parametric dependencies and commonalities, facilitating yield improvement activities.

Ensure the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from conception to production ramp-up.

Contribute significantly to the product development and units test validation.

Develop, debug, and optimize complex test methods.

Develop scripts or software programs to enhance post-processing data analysis techniques.

Design and validate hardware solutions for validation and production testing.

Evaluate component specifications against performance metrics to align requirements with production equipment capabilities, focusing on yield analysis.

Analyse early customer returns to identify root causes and drive closure of testing gaps.

Develop and apply strategies to optimize component production considering both quality and cost constraints.

Independently plan, schedule, and solve problems using engineering technical knowledge and judgment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in AI Data Science Engineering/ Electrical Electronics Engineering/ Computer Science or any relevant qualification.
