About the role

Job Details:

Job Description:

The Edge Builder Ecosystem Specialist is a critical part of our Edge AI and segment scale-out strategy for Edge AI systems and offerings. Your primary mission is to build, codify and scale a robust Solution Integrator (SI) network and leverage the local and partners’ channels to enable Edge AI systems pull thru, grow mindshare and penetration on key focus segments in South East Asia (SEA), that ultimately delivers and deploy Edge AI at mass for Intel and our customers across APJ region.

You aren't just managing the partners; you are designing the Channel Engine. You will define how we recruit, enable, and incentivize SIs to transition from traditional hardware resellers to sophisticated Edge AI solution providers. You will be responsible to support the creation of the blueprints that allow our OxM partners to activate their own channels, effectively creating a force-multiplier for our technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development in Education segment (SEA focus)

  • Identify and engage with key education software partners and education content publisher in South East Asia (SEA).

  • Identify and engage with local key SI and channels to influence and win the mindshare and decisions from Ministry of Education (MOE), school district and higher education institutions.

  • Support China based key Education partners to localize their solutions and engagement with SEA education business opportunities.

Edge Builder, Channel & SI Scaling

  • Identifying and onboarding regional/national SIs for key verticals market engaging in SEA

  • Enable key OEM/ODM sales forces to activate/pitch key OEM/ODM Edge AI systems through their existing/new SI networks.

  • Drive fulfillment of complex AI integration through technical workshops and partner collaboration (e.g. ISV).

  • Collaborate with OEM/ISV to create pre-validated, repeatable reference architectures that SIs can deploy with minimal "re-inventing the wheel.", Document the success stories or reference architecture as solution collaterals

  • Solution Bundling: Collaborate with our ISV partner organization to curate a "Channel-Ready" portfolio of ISVs. Ensure software partners aren't just technically sound, but have the licensing and support models that SIs can easily sell and deploy.

  • Represent the organization at channel summits and industry events where needed and appropriate, positioning our Edge AI ecosystem as the gold standard for partner profitability and innovation.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

  • Experience: 7+ years in Channel Development, Distribution Strategy, or Partner Sales. You should have a proven playbook for scaling tech products through third-party networks.

  • Ecosystem Expertise: Deep knowledge of the OEM-to-SI-to-End User value chain. You understand the margins, the pain points, and the incentives that make SIs tick.

  • Edge AI Literacy: While you don't need to write code, you must understand the complexities of Edge AI (latency, bandwidth, compute at the edge) to credibly advise partners.

  • Scalability Mindset: You naturally think in terms of one-to-many. You prefer building a program that enables 100 partners over closing a single direct deal.

  • Collaborative Leadership: Ability to influence cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance) to ensure the channel has the tools it needs to succeed.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
