Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluation and debug of new test programs to improve quality and reliability.
• Resolve product manufacturability issues related to testing hardware and software.
• Conduct data analysis and deploy solutions to enhance test coverage, yield, capacity, and product health indicators.
• Develop and debug support software for test program validation, data analysis, and debug processes.
• Collaborate with global teams to align with Intel's product roadmap and manufacturing strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication, Automation and Control Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in data analysis and debugging techniques.
• Foundational knowledge of electronics components and circuit analysis.
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as PERL, and object-oriented programming.
• Technical acumen in manufacturing environments, testing methodologies, and product validation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced understanding of semiconductor digital test content development and silicon debugging.
• Extensive experience in silicon product characterization, yield analysis, and validation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading and managing projects or teams.
