Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Learning and Development Specialist to strengthen our manufacturing workforce through robust and engaging employee training programs. In this role, you will be part of a global team supporting Learning and Development and technical training for Intel Foundry. This role will focus on assessing skill gaps, designing industry-specific training solutions, facilitating technical and compliance-driven sessions, creating and maintaining fab certification and supporting a culture of continuous improvement on the factory floor and beyond. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety and quality standards, and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify critical skill gaps and training requirements for production, quality, safety, maintenance, and supervisory staff within a manufacturing environment.
  • Manage technical training of our personnel across our Foundry Factories, ramping them faster, and driving and developing systems and solutions that support technology development and operational excellence.
  • Effectively engage with stakeholders, collaborate across multiple organizations and GEOs and drive standardized business practices across teams and orgs.
  • Partner with a global Learning and Development network to standardize, localize, and continuously improve training content and delivery across Intel Foundry sites.
  • Support change management related to process improvements

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning theory or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience designing and delivering training in a manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in the skills below:

  • Intel factory operations support
  • Knowledgeable in the area of task-based certification and compliance reporting
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS); experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) is a plus.
  • Excellent facilitation; able to engage learners across a variety of roles and backgrounds

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $81,210.00-114,650.00 USD

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
