Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and validation of firmware for BIOS, microcontrollers, and/or memory systems.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of firmware-related issues.
- Contribute to system-level modeling, algorithm development, and/or hardware-software integration in environments with timing, memory, and processing constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure firmware solutions meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Support architectural decision-making, validation planning, and performance benchmarking initiatives.
- Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve firmware quality.
- Participate in the development or enhancement of software build infrastructure and debugging tools.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and improvement by staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications
- Will graduate in 2027 with Master degree of Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or other relevant majors
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python.
- Foundational knowledge of embedded software development.
- Understanding of computer architecture and microarchitecture fundamentals.
- Familiarity with firmware validation and debugging techniques.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and solve complex technical problems.
- Exposure to software architecture principles and development workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with software build infrastructure or debugging tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities paired with analytical thinking.
- An effective team player with collaborative skills in multidisciplinary environments.
- Enthusiasm for learning and expanding skill sets in firmware engineering.
