Job Overview:

• Design Engineer will be responsible for Design, Drafting and Detail engineering of the dosing pump skids and packages

• Review and understand the client requirements/specification, the complete scope of work and ensure to have them implemented.

• Use design software to develop models and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing P&ID , skid 3D model and GAD, Detailing and preparing bill of materials

• Perform calculations, design basis and material selections.

• Manage and lead the design task on day-to-day basis.

• Preparing data sheets for, Skid, Packages, Pump, Valves

• Compute, review, analyze and authenticate specifications, material of construction, calculations, bill of material, equipment data sheets, in line with customer specifications, API 675 and manufacturer standard considerations.

• Develop automation of package drawings (option).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / production engineering.

• 5-7 years of professional experience with hands on experience in pump skids , packages, rotating equipment like, pumps, valves and industrial equipment’s with AutoCAD & CAD Worx design tools.

Core Competencies:

• Good communication skills.

• Excellent proficiency in design and detailing.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Takes initiatives to achieve committed goals.

• Proficient in AutoCAD / CADWorx for P&ID, SKID, packages and piping

• Should have fabrication process experience (preferably skid, packages structural and piping fabrication).

• 100% Compliance with ISO SOP.
