About the role
HR Generalist
We’re looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support managers and employees across the full HR lifecycle. You’ll deliver hands-on, operational HR support and work closely with HRBPs, Payroll, and Shared Services in an international environment.
What you’ll do
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, benefits, Time & Attendance, and offboarding
- Advise managers on HR policies, employment legislation, and absence management
- Support payroll processes and maintain accurate HRIS data
- Contribute to annual HR processes (performance, compensation, benefits) and HR projects
What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist / operational HR role
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR processes
- Strong communication skills in English (B2–C1) and Dutch
- Experience with HRIS (e.g. Success Factors); manufacturing background is a plus
