Main responsibilities of Job position

• Organize and arrange goods and inspect the warehouse space
• Preparation of goods and packaging (picking & packing)
• Shipment and physical receipt of goods (goods & documentation checking)
• Issue transaction documents in ERP system
• Communicate with transport companies to coordinate the loading/unloading of purchase/sales orders
• Dispatch and track orders to domestic and foreign suppliers
• Register and report deliveries
• Conduct periodic inventory counts

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in computerized warehouse management, orders management, and goods transportation.
• Experience with ERP systems
• Hands-on approach -ability to perform physical handling of goods e.g. using forklift
• Good communication in English (oral, written)
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs esp. MS Excel
• Completed military service (if male candidate)
• Category B driver's license
