Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Digital Marketing Manager (EMEIA)**to drive the optimization, performance, and continuous evolution of our digital presence across the EMEIA region. This role focuses strongly on SEA and SEO execution, website and content optimization, and close collaboration with global and central teams to ensure scalable, high-quality digital marketing practices.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on digital expertise with strategic thinking, strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, people leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. The role is based in Europe and operates in close alignment with the Center of Excellence (CoE), who provide frameworks, tools, and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive digital performance across multiple brands and websites in EMEIA, using data and insights to prioritize actions and improvements.
- Execute and continuously optimize SEA and SEO activities in line with central PPC and SEO guidance to drive qualified traffic, visibility, and business impact.
- Manage and optimize websites through the company CMS, ensuring strong performance, usability, discoverability, and technical SEO compliance.
- Optimize website structure, navigation, and information architecture based on product types, solutions, and customer journeys.
- Identify content gaps and work with content, product marketing, and regional teams to ensure required content is created, localized, and published.
- Drive AI visibility and future‑ready content structures, ensuring websites remain discoverable across evolving search and AI-driven experiences.
- Launch and optimize e‑commerce performance, aligned with business and revenue objectives across EMEIA markets.
- Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives across the full funnel, from traffic acquisition to lead generation, checkout, and conversion.
- Use analytics, dashboards, and experimentation (e.g. funnel analysis, A/B testing) to identify friction points and scale high‑performing experiences.
- Ensure high‑quality localization and translations, with SEO best practices and market relevance applied consistently across regions.
- Lead or support website launches, migrations, and major updates, ensuring SEO, performance, and governance standards are met.
- Monitor post‑launch performance and drive continuous optimization and improvement cycles.
- Align with and support social media initiatives to ensure consistency across digital channels (nice to have).
- Collaborate closely with the central PPC/SEO teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment with global standards and tools.
- Work cross‑functionally with peers in demand generation, content, product marketing, sales, and regional marketing teams.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team, providing clear direction, performance management, and professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with strong hands-on expertise in SEA and SEO.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify insights, and translate them into concrete optimization actions.
- Solid experience working with CMS platforms and website optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to identify content gaps and drive content creation and publication at scale.
- Experience launching and optimizing websites in a regional or multi-country environment.
- Strong understanding of localization, translations, and regional digital nuances.
- Experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Experience working in complex, matrixed, international organizations.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies is a plus.
