Descripción del empleo

Buscamos una persona con experiencia en gestión de almacenes

Funciones

  • Carga y descarga de palés
  • Recepción, identificación, picking y ubicación de materiales en el almacén.
  • Comprobación física de la mercancía
  • Identificación con etiquetas de estanterías y palés.
  • Preparación de los pedidos de los suministros
  • Gestión pedidos de compra a fábrica y alta de entradas en SAP y Oracle.
  • Facturación de pedidos internos y seguimiento de la facturación de proveedores

Requisitos

  • Formación FP o combinación de experiencia equivalente
  • Nivel de Inglés B1
  • Experiencia en atención y trato con el cliente
  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas (paquete office)
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y proactividad.
  • Experiencia en gestión de incidencias
  • Valorable, vehículo propio para poder desplazarse al puesto de trabajo
  • Conocimientos SAP B1 y Oracle.

Competencias clave

  • Experiencia mínima 2 años
  • Posesión carnet carretillero y puente grúa

Qué ofrecemos

Contrato indefinido
Jornada completa: De lunes a viernes: De lunes a jueves de 8:00 a 17:00 (horario entrada/salida flexible) y los viernes de 8:00 a 14:30 horas. Horario reducido también en verano según calendario.
Seguro de vida, Seguro de salud privado, Catering en el comedor de la empresa. Tras permanecer un año en la empresa se recibe un 10% del salario bruto en acciones de la empresa.

Job Description

We are looking for a person with experience in warehouse management.

Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading pallets
  • Receiving, identifying, picking, and storing materials in the warehouse
  • Physical inspection of goods
  • Labeling shelves and pallets
  • Preparing supply orders
  • Managing purchase orders to the factory and registering goods receipts in SAP and Oracle
  • Invoicing internal orders and monitoring supplier invoices

Requirements

  • Vocational training qualification (FP) or equivalent experience
  • English level B1
  • Experience in customer service and customer interaction
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office package)
  • Ability to work in a team and a proactive attitude
  • Experience in incident management
  • Own vehicle preferred to commute to the workplace
  • Knowledge of SAP B1 and Oracle

Key Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • Valid forklift and overhead crane license

What We Offer

Permanent contract
Full-time position: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexible start and finish times) and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Reduced working hours during summer according to the calendar.
Life insurance, private health insurance, company cafeteria catering. After one year with the company, employees receive 10% of their gross salary in company shares.
