Position Title: South Asia Commercial Leader
Location: Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Singapore
Reports to: VP, Asia Pacific
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a visionary commercial leader to spearhead our South Asia markets. This role will drive revenue growth by crafting innovative commercial strategies, leading high-performing teams, and cultivating long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record to grow revenue in industrial market, expertise in diverse Asian markets, and the cultural agility to navigate cross-border dynamics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with APAC business goals, ensuring market expansion and profitability.

Identify untapped opportunities to exceed revenue targets and increase market share.

Strengthen relationships with enterprise clients, distributors, and regional partners to drive loyalty and market share.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and negotiations.

Ensure adherence to local regulations, trade policies, and ethical standards in all markets.

Mitigate risks related to market entry, contracts, and operational execution.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years in commercial leadership roles, with 5+ years in senior management.

Proven success driving growth in industrial market.

Deep knowledge of South Asia markets and distribution networks.

Strategic thinker with expertise in market analysis, negotiation, and P&L management.

Culturally adept with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
