Job Summary:

Sales Manager responsible for South Africa and Central Africa
-
Focused on WWT segment/deployment in the whole Region
-
Deploy and maintain relationship with the Distributors net.
-
Handle direct business, when required, with main Key Account.
-
Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
-
Understand costumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
-
Manage a small Sales Team once organization is fully settled.
-
Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
-
Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
Responsibilities:
-
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
-
Mainly focused on WWT Segment but anyway dedicate to expand all the market segments.
-
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
-
Proper follow up on generated funnel.
-
Manage monthly booking and revenue, accordingly to Company target.
-
Collaborate with the technical team to propose customized solutions.
-
Monitor sales KPIs and reporting to management.
-
Analyze market trends and competitors to optimize commercial strategy.
-
Participate in trade fairs and industry events.
Key Competencies:
-
Experience and knowledge related to low pressure business, specifically in the WWT segment.

Good technical skill and knowledge of products like PD Blower, Screw blower, Turbo, liquid ring vacuum pumps.

Capability to performe basic financial analysys
-
Capability to build Business plan with Distributors and rappresentatives.
-
Capability to held meetings at high level with all the major Customers, mainly EPC.
Qualifications:
-
Degree in Engineering is preferred
-
Five or more years of experience in managing sales, preferentially in a corporate setting
-
Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
-
Leadership ability
-
English is a must
