The suitable incumbent is accountable to generate profitable sales revenue and increase operating income by broadening aftermarket sales coverage, establishing new accounts, and providing total solutions to customers.
Responsibilities:

Have overall responsibility to drive and grow aftermarket business, by achieving order target, revenue and margin target that is aligned with company’s objectives

Establish, deploy and execute plans and strategies to grow aftermarket market share, installed base coverage, and achieve customer satisfaction
-
Negotiate and prepare contract / agreement terms and condition.

Visit and meet prospective customers to provide required services and solicit for orders.
-
Prepare sales report, analyze cost and sales, quotations, maintain and create new client accounts.

Manage sales activities of channel partners by creating and executing business plans to generate revenue and meet sales targets.
-
Analyse market trends and develop sales plans to increase brand presence.
-
Evaluate partner sales performance, recommend improvements, educate about product portfolio and service offerings.

Address partner related issues such as sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.

Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new opportunities.

Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product training and after-sales support.

Prepare demonstration and technical presentations to customer.

Work closely with supply chain management, project, technical support and order fulfilment team.
Requirement
-
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with sales experience selling industrial products.

Product knowledge of air compressor & control system will be advantageous.

Self-motivated and customer oriented.

Work independently, process good communication and strong presentation skills.
