Job Summary

Part of the Everest group, candidates will lead Machine shop for Production, to produce the best quality product. Also control the tool life & cost of manufacturing blowers. Also improve the daily productivity OEE targets by minimize the 16 Losses.

Responsibilities

• Manpower handling at M/C shop

• Knowledge of CNC/VMC Machines

• Knowledge of CNC/VMC Machine programming

• Knowledge of SAP software

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

• Capable of handling 3 shifts

• Knowledge of 7QC Tools

• Knowledge of computer for data entry

• Knowledge of Tooling selection on machines

• Well versed with problem solving tool on machines

• Knowledge of 5'S & safety for shop floor
