Job Summary

Purchase Executive manages an organization's procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality acquisition of goods and services. Key responsibilities include vendor selection, negotiating contracts, managing purchase orders, and tracking inventory levels. They maintain records, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Identify potential suppliers, evaluate offers, negotiate contract terms, and build lasting relationships.

  • Procurement & Ordering: Process purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders (POs), and manage the purchasing lifecycle, including tracking deliveries.

  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, and assist with demand forecasting.

  • Cost & Quality Optimization: Analyze market trends to optimize procurement costs, review product quality, and ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier agreements, while generating reports on procurement costs and performance.

  • Qualifications\Requirements
