Responsibilities:

• Witness of FATs as per ITP at supplier end for various E&I Items

• Inspection and documentation (Material Test Certificates, Calibration Certificates) review of Instruments such Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Vibration Transmitter, Gauges etc.

• Functional Test witness of Instruments and gauges at supplier end

• Review of material test certificates and witness of Function test of Control Valves. Safety Valves at supplier end

• Verification cable routing, cable labeling / identification. Relevant loop check.

• Verification of functionality of Instruments installed on skid

• Visual & Dimensional inspection of components

• Quality Dossier preparation and get is checked /approved from customer.

• Carry out joint inspection with customer / TPIA.

Education

• BE (Electrical)

Skills / Experience:

• Requires an individual with 08-10 years of experience in Quality Control & Assurance hands on experience in Oil & Gas Projects inspection of Electrical & Instrumentation items such as LT / HT Motors, VFD, Junction box, Control Panel, Instruments, Control Valves etc.

• A working knowledge of BS/IEC/ISO/ISAPI/ATEX/EEMUA/Din/Atex, CCOE, PESO and standards relating to electrical and instrumentation work

• Working knowledge of construction standards, codes of practice and regulations/legislation relating to electrical and instrumentation work

• Knowledge of safety legislation and regulations

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Package. Familiar with other computer packages (eg. MS Project, Outlook, etc)

• Hazardous Area installation and inspection experience is an advantage
