Reporting to the Controller, the FP&A Analyst works closely with senior management to increase the efficiency and profitability of the company by supporting financial modeling, core strategy, and financial activities aimed at establishing and maintaining solid processes across the region.

As part of this role, the FP&A Analyst is expected to drive and implement best practices, seek improvements in data management, optimize processes, and support the business in exceeding its objectives.

The FP&A Analyst performs a wide range of functions, which may include, but are not limited to:

Working closely with the leadership team to develop the company’s medium- and long-term financial and strategic plan.

Producing models to project long-term growth and identify key business drivers.

Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance.

Providing detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results and margin variances.

Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement initiatives.

Providing senior management with insights on financial models, forecasts, and profitability.

Supporting the Annual Operating Plan and Forecast throughout the year with appropriate assumptions.

Working in alignment with Corporate Areas to ensure that the proper guidance has been replicated in the region.

Collaborating closely with cash flow and P&L impact areas to ensure SBU targets are achieved.

Working with FP&A Latam to support process consolidation, always meeting corporate deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

5+ years of experience in finance or a similar role.

Intermediate English level.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to adapt to constant changes within the company.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment.

Proficiency in financial analysis tools: HFM (Essbase), BI, advanced Excel skills, and experience creating charts for financial reporting.
