About the role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Behavioral Requirements & Compliance Analyst to support the interpretation, management, and operationalization of regulatory, safety, and behavioral requirements for autonomous systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between regulatory policies, safety frameworks, and technical implementation by translating complex requirements into structured system specifications, ensuring compliance readiness, and maintaining data integrity across product development lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze regulatory, compliance, safety, and policy documents and translate them into clear, actionable system requirements.
Interpret nuanced behavioral and operational requirements to support product readiness and compliance initiatives.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of Product Readiness Review (PRR) documentation and reporting artifacts.
Coordinate with engineering, safety, legal, product, and operational teams to gather compliance-related inputs and resolve reporting gaps.
Track regulatory and policy changes that may impact system behavior, safety standards, or operational requirements.
Create structured requirement documentation, compliance reports, and audit-ready records.
Drive cross-functional stakeholder engagement to ensure timely delivery of compliance milestones.
Support validation, governance, risk management, and readiness review processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze regulatory, compliance, safety, and policy documents and translate them into clear, actionable system requirements.
Interpret nuanced behavioral and operational requirements to support product readiness and compliance initiatives.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of Product Readiness Review (PRR) documentation and reporting artifacts.
Coordinate with engineering, safety, legal, product, and operational teams to gather compliance-related inputs and resolve reporting gaps.
Track regulatory and policy changes that may impact system behavior, safety standards, or operational requirements.
Create structured requirement documentation, compliance reports, and audit-ready records.

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify process bottlenecks.
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders to obtain missing information and ensure program readiness.
Ability to maintain complete, accurate, and traceable compliance documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

Preferred Technical Skills:

SQL for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements Management Tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, DOORS, etc.).
Advanced Excel and reporting methodologies.
