Java Architect - Immediate Joiner

We are hiring a Java Architect to design and lead scalable, high-performance microservices-based backend systems. The role focuses on architecture governance, technical leadership, and building reliable enterprise applications.

Define end-to-end architecture and design standards
Lead development using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
Architect microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
Drive performance optimization, caching (Redis), and database design
Ensure TDD, code quality, and best practices
Mentor teams and provide technical leadership
Collaborate with stakeholders and align solutions with business goals

10+ years in Java backend development
Expert in Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
Strong experience in microservices architecture
Hands-on with Oracle, MongoDB, Hibernate, JPA
Expertise in Redis and performance tuning
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, API Gateway, security (OAuth2, JWT)

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Experience in large-scale enterprise systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
