Process Specialist

• Global Custody Operations

• Nostro, CAS A/C, Transfer Agency

• Internal Accounts, Domestic Securities

• Major Asset Classes

• Equities and Fixed

• Derivatives

• Swaps, Options, FCC, Futures, CRS, CCS, CDS, Exotic Instruments, OTC vs. Centrally Cleared

• Event Management, Entitlements, Claims, MIS, Taxations, Notifications

• SLM adherence

• Team player

• Good communication skills

1. Maintaining service level standards
2. Assisting in new-hire trainings
3. Perform internal Quality check, providing floor support and feedback to other staff
4. Responding to all emails efficiently
5. Candidate needs to have 15 years of full-time education
6. Proficient with basic computer knowledge
7. Candidate should be flexible to work in 247 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts (Rotational)
8. Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
9. Should be comfortable working from office
