About the role
We are looking for a skilled End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to manage and support enterprise end-user environments, ensuring seamless access, device management, application delivery, and user productivity. The role involves supporting core EUC technologies, troubleshooting user environment issues, and maintaining secure and efficient endpoint infrastructure.
- Provide L2 support for enterprise End User Computing (EUC) environments
- Manage and support Active Directory including user administration, group policies, access management, and directory services
- Administer and support Citrix environments for virtual application and desktop delivery
- Manage endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, configuration, and application deployment
- Support SCCM for software distribution, patch management, imaging, and device administration
- Troubleshoot issues related to user access, endpoint configuration, application delivery, device policies, and system performance
- Handle incident management, service requests, root cause analysis, and problem resolution within defined SLAs
- Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and policy adherence across managed devices
- Support OS deployment, patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and service desk teams for issue resolution and operational support
- Maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, and environment documentation
Education: Master Of Engineering,Master Of Technology,Bachelor Of Science,Bachelor of Engineering,Bachelor Of Technology,BCA,BTech
