Teamcenter QMS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter QMS Consultant / Technical Lead to lead the implementation, customization, integration, and data migration of Siemens Teamcenter Quality Management System (QMS) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Teamcenter architecture, QMS business processes, and enterprise integrations, enabling successful delivery of scalable and compliant PLM solutions across global organizations.

• Teamcenter QMS Implementation

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Teamcenter QMS solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

• Configure and deploy QMS processes including:
  o CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
  o Non-Conformance Management (NCM)
  o Audit Management
  o Complaint Management
  o Supplier Quality Management
  o Inspection Planning and Quality Issue Management

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.

• Define and configure Teamcenter data models, workflows, lifecycles, forms, and reports.

• Support testing, validation, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.

• Teamcenter Expertise

• 8+ years of Teamcenter implementation experience.

• Strong expertise in:
  o Teamcenter Architecture
  o BMIDE
  o Active Workspace (AWC)
  o Workflow Designer
  o Access Manager
  o Organization Management
  o Query Builder
  o Preferences and Stylesheets
  o Dispatcher and FMS/FSC

• QMS Functional Knowledge

Strong understanding of Quality Management processes:

o CAPA
o Non-Conformance Management
o Audit Management
o Complaint Handling
o Supplier Quality Management
o Inspection Management
o Risk and Compliance Management
o Quality Document Control

• Development & Customization
• Hands-on experience with:
  o ITK (C/C++)
  o Teamcenter SOA
  o REST Services
  o Java
  o XML/JSON
  o SQL
