About the role

We are looking for a creative internal communications content writer and editor to join our team. • Partner with designers to deliver clear, accessible, and user-friendly communications, completing basic accessibility and usability checks before release.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on objectives, briefs, and feedback, consolidating inputs to reduce rework and re-approvals.
  • Manage multiple priorities using a clear intake and prioritization process, meeting agreed SLAs and escalating risks early.
  • Identify employee and stakeholder needs and recommend content approaches using feedback and available engagement insights.

Day-to-Day (What Success Looks Like):

  • Review the daily intake queue, clarify the brief, confirm the audience and channel, and prioritize requests against SLAs and key business moments.
  • Draft and edit emails, intranet stories, newsletters, and leadership materials, shaping a clear narrative and strong calls to action.
  • Run quality checks (style guide, inclusive/plain language, accessibility basics, and factual accuracy) and route content for timely reviews and approvals.
  • Publish and distribute content through the intranet/Share Point and email, ensuring version control and keeping libraries/templates current.
  • Partner with designers and program owners to refine layouts, integrate visuals, and prepare pre-/during-/post communications for internal events and campaigns.
