.Net Fullstack (React) Developer

About the job:

Build modern, user-friendly web applications that make a real impact. In this role, you’ll work as a full-stack engineer, combining strong .NET expertise with React to deliver responsive, secure, and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET and ReactJS for high performance and usability.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring clean contracts, versioning, and reliable error handling.
• Implement responsive UI components with React, focusing on accessibility, reusability, and consistent UX patterns.
• Work with databases to design schemas, write efficient queries, and optimize data access patterns.
• Ensure application security using best practices (authentication/authorization, secure coding, and data protection).
• Write unit/integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver features on time.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
• Contribute to AI-enabled enhancements (e.g., smart search, recommendations, automation) where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in .NET full-stack development with ReactJS.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and building RESTful services.
• Solid experience with React fundamentals, component-based architecture, and state management concepts.
• Experience working with relational databases and writing performant queries.
• Understanding of SDLC practices, Git-based version control, and collaborative development workflows.
