About the role
- Planning & managing strategic HR initiatives for the account and reviewing HR effectiveness
- Providing HR solutions to enable business functions
- Resolving employee grievances and issues
- Ensuring new employee Assimilation and Deployment.
- Driving Performance Management and Compensation & benefits management and executing unit specific performance management framework and initiatives.
- Focus and ensure Employee Development
- Enhancing employee Experience and retention
- Drive and improve Employee engagement and ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to improved performance.
- Defining the quarterly/periodic communication plan for the account in line with the overall Business unit communication plan in order to ensure HR service delivery effectiveness
- Manage Employee governance and welfare
- Ensure Client compliance
- Provide Analytics and Reporting where required.
What are we looking for in you:
- MBA with HR specialization
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in HRBP role ,
- Should have experience of managing large employee spans
- Excellent Management and Networking Skills and the ability to work well with multiple stakeholders.
- Relationship Management with senior stakeholders.
- Good (English) communication skills and the ability to interact and network with both external stakeholders, internal stakeholders and employees across various levels.
- Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
