Informatica BDM Admin

We are looking for a motivated Informatica BDM Administrator with 2–5 years of experience to support, maintain, and administer Informatica Big Data Management environments. The candidate will assist in ensuring platform stability, performance, and smooth execution of data integration workflows.

Assist in installation, configuration, and administration of Informatica BDM / Data Engineering Integration (DEI).
Support Informatica domain, nodes, repositories, and services management.
Monitor daily operations, jobs, and workflows, ensuring successful execution.
Provide basic troubleshooting and issue resolution for Informatica processes.
Assist in code deployment and migration across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
Support patching, upgrades, and environment maintenance activities.
Work with development teams to resolve performance and execution issues.
Maintain documentation for system configurations and operational procedures.

• Participate in production support and incident management.
• Job monitoring through yarn
• QA and production code migrations using Informatica Developer Tool
• Production change deployment and implementation activities
• Monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure high system availability
• Vulnerability assignments
• Platforms recycle and restart
• Knowledge on ITSM Incident,Service and Change management syatems
• Troubleshooting logs (service logs, process logs, DB2 space & connectivity related issues)
• Should assist team in Managing HA configurations, performing backups, node decommissioning, and cluster health checks.

Hands-on experience or exposure to Informatica BDM / DEI
Basic understanding of Informatica architecture (domains, services, repositories)
Familiarity with Big Data tools like Spark, Hive (basic level)
Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
Understanding of ETL and data integration concepts
Basic scripting knowledge (Shell or Python)
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
