Infosys is seeking a Technical Architect with experience on Oracle CX Cloud including implementation of Oracle Fusion Service Cloud and related modules and technologies. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Oracle Fusion Service, complemented by a broad understanding of Oracle Field Service Cloud, Redwood UI, Visual Builder and Oracle Integration Cloud.

The Technical Architect is responsible for overseeing day-to-day support operations, managing a team of support analysts/engineers, ensuring timely issue resolution, and maintaining high service availability. The role focuses on incident management, stakeholder communication, SLA adherence, continuous process improvement, and coordination with cross-functional teams such as Development, Product Vendor and Business Operations.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario / Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

Required Qualifications:

• This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
• At least 12 years of experience in Information Technology
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle CX Cloud including Fusion Service Cloud, and related technologies
• Experience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes and Problem Definition.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to Customer Service, Service Entitlements/Coverages, Scheduling and Field service execution.
• Skilled with Application and Page Composer, Groovy Scripting, Redwood UX and Visual Builder, Data Migration, Reporting and Analytics.
• Experience of Oracle Integration Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of Webservices based integration
• PoC ideation, creation and demonstration to client

Preferred Qualifications:

• Perform role of a Technical Architect at onsite / onshore and work with offshore team on deliverables.
• Good Analytical and Communication skills
• Strong knowledge of application support, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure during outages.
• Should be able to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
