Lead Analyst - Knowledge Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Record to Report (R2R) Blackline Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing the Blackline platform to streamline our financial close, reconciliation, and reporting processes. We will leverage expertise in Blackline and R2R best practices to ensure efficient and accurate financial data management.

• Participate in the entire Blackline R2R implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Configure Blackline modules (Journal Entry, Task Mgmnt, Transaction Matching, Account Reconciliation, MEC). to meet specific business needs and accounting processes.
• Develop and implement automated workflows within Blackline to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Integrate Blackline with existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to ensure seamless data flow.
• Perform data migration and cleansing activities to ensure accurate data population within Blackline.
• Partner with the Operations team and Client stakeholders to understand their needs and configure the system accordingly.
• Develop and deliver training materials for end-users on Blackline functionalities and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support to users after system go-live, address technical issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Blackline features and functionalities, attending relevant training and certification programs.
• Assist with the development and implementation of Blackline reporting and analytics capabilities (if applicable).
• Document processes, configurations, and solutions for future reference and knowledge transfer.

Education: Graduate
