We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate should have strong data modeling, visualization, and analytical skills to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business decisions.

Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Work with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
Design and implement data models, DAX calculations, and KPIs
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple data sources
Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy
Create interactive visualizations and drill-down reports
Integrate Power BI with various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.)
Schedule data refreshes and manage Power BI Service
Troubleshoot and resolve data/reporting issues
Follow best practices in data governance, security, and access control

Strong experience in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
Experience with data modeling and star schema design
Good knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation
Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
Experience working with Excel, Azure, or other data platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with Azure Data Factory / Synapse / Databricks
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (optional)
Certifications like:
Microsoft Certified: PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst)

Experience in an Agile environment:

2–5 years of experience in Power BI or related BI tools (adjust based on role)
Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS
Understanding of business domains (Finance, Sales, Healthcare, etc.)
Experience with large datasets and performance tuning

Education: Bachelor of Engineering
