Junior HES Specialist with English and Polish

(Part Time Job)

-Performing duties related to occupational health and safety
-Ensuring and identifying compliance with Polish legal requirements
-Assessment of threats occurring at the workplace,
-Conducting occupational health and safety training for employees (also in English)
-Supervising periodic health and safety training
-Maintaining the required health and safety documentation and preparing health and safety reports.
-Implementing security procedures in accordance with legal requirements and company policy
-Determining the circumstances and causes of accidents and preparing post-accident documentation

Requirements:

-English language at least B2 level and polish language
-Good to have (but not obligatory) minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
-Higher education or postgraduate studies in the field of occupational health and safety
-Very good knowledge of Polish health and safety regulations
-Practical knowledge of MS Office
-High interpersonal skills
-Good work organization, independence
