About the role

  • Manage multiple teams spread across various locations delivering account objectives
  • Lead and manage Sales Operations teams across Inside Sales and Sales Support
  • Own work allocation and capacity planning to meet productivity and SLA targets
  • Oversee daily delivery performance including quality, accuracy, and turnaround time
  • Drive people management activities including goal setting, coaching, and engagement
  • Review team outputs to ensure compliance with sales operating models
  • Act as primary escalation point for process- and client-level issues
  • Participate in client and stakeholder meetings providing delivery updates
  • Lead CSAT improvement initiatives through proactive issue resolution
  • Drive automation initiatives and process discovery programs
  • Ensure audit readiness, governance compliance, and risk controls
  • Govern knowledge management, documentation, and training plans
  • Prepare MIS, dashboards, and executive-level performance reports
  • Support incentive and compensation tracking through accurate reporting
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, Quality, and Risk teams
  • Provide operational inputs for transitions and solution discussions
  • Worked in Hi-Tech component manufacturing/ distribution Industry within BPM environment and possess good understanding on QTC domain
  • Strong people management and delivery leadership
  • Sales operations SLA governance experience
  • Exposure to ERP, BI and workflow tools
  • Financial and productivity understanding

Education: Graduate

Preferred skills: S&F->SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING ( Vendor Management); INVENTORY PLANNING; INSIDE SALES; MDM
