Consultant - Stella and System Dynamics Modelling

• Seeking a Senior Consultant
• Stella & System Dynamics Modelling with 10+ years of experience in developing simulation models for forecasting, policy evaluation, resource planning, and strategic decision-making. The role requires strong customer engagement and consulting capabilities.

Design and develop System Dynamics models using Stella
Build causal loop diagrams, stock-flow models, and forecasting frameworks
Analyze business systems, dependencies, and feedback loops
Develop predictive models for strategic and operational planning
Conduct forecasting, policy analysis, and impact assessments
Facilitate customer workshops and gather modelling requirements
Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams
Lead model validation, governance, and continuous enhancements

10+ years of hands-on experience with Stella
Expertise in System Dynamics Modelling, causal loop analysis, and stock-flow modelling
Strong knowledge of forecasting, scenario planning, and policy evaluation methodologies
Ability to convert business data and challenges into simulation models
Strong analytical, consulting, and presentation skills
Experience working with senior stakeholders and customers

Preferred Domain Experience: Strategic Planning, Sustainability & ESG, Workforce & Resource Planning, Production & Capacity Forecasting, Asset Lifecycle Management
