Process Lead

Social media listening specialist will design, develop and deliver standard and customer reports to go to market teams. Listening to social media conversations to spot negative issues and mange ORM process. He/she will be responsible for translating social data into meaningful insights and communicate the story in a way that allows the business to make decisions based on the reports. Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver reports without grammatical or data errors. Specialist will work with PR and Digital Marketing to prepare social media measurement and research reports.

• Identifying and creating insights by analyzing user generated content and digital data to answer business questions

• Mange online reputation management

• Find out negative tweets and send out early warning signals

• Good Boolean query building & data extraction skills using tools like Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Sysomos etc.

• Conduct in-depth competitive analysis from a social media perspective (e.g. trends, themes, etc.)

• Reporting deliverable in PowerPoint, Newsletter and Excel formats that transform social data into a clear story. Articulate stories with data and present findings in an organized and visually compelling manner

• Develop data-driven insights and strategy recommendations that speak to clients’ business goals

• Lead the development of research project (plans, scope, and execution)

• Collaborate with the digital analytics team to create more innovative and efficient analytics

• Ability to generate and clearly communicate insights from raw data

• Understand social media metrics, social listening tools and analytics

• Data interpretation and analysis and excellent content writing skills

• Experience with one or more Social Listening/Monitoring tools: Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Datasift, Netbase, Sysomos, Tracx, Brand Watch, Lexis Nexis etc.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

Education: Graduate
