Location: Auckland, New Zealand Short Description:

In the role of a Senior Consultant, you will own a part of the Design, Development and Support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across different functional areas . In addition, the role requires experience and knowledge Avature Avature Enterprise Talent Acquisition & Management. This role will interface with client and will also involve working with the offshore teams based out of India.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• As a Microsoft D365 Senior Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the Microsoft D365FO ERP implementation project or support project
• As an Avature consultant, you will be resolving production support incidents.
• You will be involved in requirements gathering, analysis of requirements and propose D365FO solution with product best practices for one or more modules.
• You will also play an important role in the translating the requirements and solution to development and final validation.
• You will be required to prepare test strategy, test plan, test execution and troubleshooting of developed solution
• You will be required to create training plans and training client teams for developed solution
• In case of support project - understand the issue reported, analysis and propose fixes on D365FO solution
• You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Essential:

• 4 years bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365FO
• Experience should include 5+ years of hands-on experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• Good understanding of Finance and SCM functional areas in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Good understanding and experience of supporting Avature Enterprise Talent Acquisition & Management .

Preferred :

• Knowledge of Proposal building methods
• Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
