Senior Practice Lead

• Own end-to-end delivery of AWS Quick Sight dashboarding projects and BAU support.
• Manage project plans, resources, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive reporting.
• Lead Agile delivery, sprint planning, prioritization, and release management.
• Ensure SLA compliance across incidents, enhancements, access requests, and new initiatives.
• Govern dashboard quality, performance, security, accessibility, and data governance standards.
• Drive testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
• Manage dashboard migrations, GenAI-enabled analytics initiatives, and user adoption programs.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, data, technology, UX, security, and vendor teams.
• Provide leadership visibility through regular status, risk, and roadmap reporting.
