Senior Video Animation Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Video Animation Designer with expertise in video production, motion graphics, 2D animation, multimedia design, graphic design, visual storytelling, and AI-powered creative tools. This role is ideal for professionals who can transform complex business, technology, and product concepts into compelling visual narratives through videos, explainer animations, product demos, presentation assets, and digital media content.

You will collaborate closely with consulting, product, marketing, design, and leadership teams to create impactful visual experiences that support marketing campaigns, sales presentations, thought leadership initiatives, product launches, customer engagement programs, and internal communications.

Create high-quality videos, motion graphics, animations, and product demos.
Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and engaging storytelling assets.
Design graphics for presentations, marketing campaigns, social media, and leadership communications.
Edit and enhance video content with strong motion, audio, and visual design principles.
Collaborate with product, consulting, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver impactful visual solutions.
Utilize AI-powered creative tools for content generation, editing, and production optimization.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual and motion assets.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to creative excellence.

5+ years of experience in Video Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or Graphic Design.
Strong portfolio showcasing animation, video production, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
Expert proficiency in:

Adobe Premiere Pro:

Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Creative Cloud Suite:

Experience creating explainer videos, product demos, presentation assets, and social media content.
Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, branding, and motion design principles.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
Exposure to Figma, UX/UI concepts, design systems, or 3D animation is a plus.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film, or a related field.
Experience with product walkthroughs, UI animations, interactive media, or advanced compositing.
Prior experience mentoring designers or creative team members.
