Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute role-specific activities and deliver services in line with process requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, compliance, and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and business information.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience as indicated for the role.
• Bachelor's degree in a business, HR, finance, accounting, or related discipline preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant HR/payroll systems where applicable.

Work Requirements:

• Willing to work onsite.
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig. You may walk in to our office located at the 19th Floor of BGC Corporate Center, 30th Street corner 11th Avenue, BGC, Taguig City.
