About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with group policies, transfer pricing principles, and IFRS
    (preferred) accounting standards

  • Act as the go-to SME during critical close cycles, troubleshooting issues and guiding
    the team to resolution

  • Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring adherence to SLA/KPI commitments

  • Demonstrate a strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes

  • Effectively balance operational delivery, team leadership, and stakeholder
    management

  • Ability to lead, guide, and coach team members

  • Systems & Tools

  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle (or similar ERP systems)

  • Advanced Excel skill set

  • Ability to analyze large data sets and resolve system vs sub-ledger mismatches

Education: MBA
