About the role
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with group policies, transfer pricing principles, and IFRS
(preferred) accounting standards -
Act as the go-to SME during critical close cycles, troubleshooting issues and guiding
the team to resolution -
Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring adherence to SLA/KPI commitments

Demonstrate a strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes

Effectively balance operational delivery, team leadership, and stakeholder
management -
Ability to lead, guide, and coach team members

Systems & Tools

Strong working knowledge of Oracle (or similar ERP systems)

Advanced Excel skill set

Ability to analyze large data sets and resolve system vs sub-ledger mismatches
