Senior Process Lead at Infosys

• Minimum of 5-7 years of BPO or professional services experience with 3- 5 years of Global payroll processing experience "Must Have

• Graduate in any stream

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in Global Payroll Processing

• Results and deadline driven

• Must have minimum 2-4 years of team handling experience

• Good experience in coordinating with customer and vendor for Payroll inputs and validation

• Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

• Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, Success Factors, workday etc.)

• Good to have

• Experience in multi country payroll processing will be an advantage

• Experience on Payroll systems such as ADP Streamline, Celergo, SAP Payroll, CGI, Lessorlon, Decidium or Dayforce will be added advantage "
