About the role

Job Title: Service Now Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement Service Now solutions across ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and APM/PPM modules.
  • Develop and maintain Service Now applications, workflows, and integrations with ITAM, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance within CMDB and related architecture tools (e.g., Blue Dolphin).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Application Portfolio Management and Software Asset Management processes.
  • Provide performance analytics and reporting to support business decisions.

Required Certifications

  • Service Now Certified System Administrator
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist
  • ITOM, CMDB, Discovery
  • Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ITIL® Foundation v3 or v4
  • Micro-certifications in Performance Analytics, APM, or related domains

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Service Now APM or PPM modules
  • Knowledge of ITAM integrations and Software Asset Management
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integrations
  • Exposure to architecture tools like Blue Dolphin or similar CMDB-integrated visual tools
