About the role
Job Title: Service Now Expert
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement Service Now solutions across ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and APM/PPM modules.
- Develop and maintain Service Now applications, workflows, and integrations with ITAM, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
- Ensure data integrity and governance within CMDB and related architecture tools (e.g., Blue Dolphin).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Application Portfolio Management and Software Asset Management processes.
- Provide performance analytics and reporting to support business decisions.
Required Certifications
- Service Now Certified System Administrator
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist
- ITOM, CMDB, Discovery
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL® Foundation v3 or v4
- Micro-certifications in Performance Analytics, APM, or related domains
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Service Now APM or PPM modules
- Knowledge of ITAM integrations and Software Asset Management
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integrations
- Exposure to architecture tools like Blue Dolphin or similar CMDB-integrated visual tools
